At RepStack, we understand the importance of quality when it comes to recruiting top-level talent. 

Our HR process has a 90% acceptance rate, after that, we qualify candidates through training in RSA and then move on to rigorous interviews making sure they are the best fit for your agency.

After they clear the interview, they are onboarded with you in as little as 2-5 days.

Our Hiring Processes

Video Interviews

We start shortlisting candidates by requesting video resumes through VideoAsk. This is an interactive way of making sure we get the perfect fit.

The initial screening

After shortlisting resumes on VideoAsk our recruiters reach out to potential candidates for an initial screening round. This is to ensure they meet our standards of communication & mindset.

The Zoom Call Interview

If we think a candidate has got the spark, we schedule a zoom interview right away with our, “Talent Acquisition Managers”.

Video Introduction:

The third and final step of our recruitment process involves the candidate making a 1 min long introductory video. Where they talk about themselves and their experiences.

Offer Placement

As soon as we get approval on their video resume, we move towards offer placement, where our hr representative calls the candidate to place a verbal offer and if everything goes right, they get an official letter.

Pre-Onboarding Session

This session is conducted with every candidate to prepare them for their first day and make sure they are ready for our month-long training and development program.

Orientation Session

A brief introductory session with the candidate to familiarize them with RepStack policies and culture.
